Sheppard Software: Brian Games (Gr. 2-8) - An impressive collection of over 30 interactive logic games, puzzles and more.  Choose from games such as musical notes, word scrambles, memory, coins, code-breaking and many more.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art: Explore/Learn (Gr. 3-12) - A “gateway” to fun and learning at this well known museum.  Designed around popular and collections of art, this virtual field trip grants access to interactive activities and scavenger hunts, worksheets, commentary and other resources for both students and staff.

Building Big (Gr. 6-12) - Based on the television show on PBS, this site has fantastic activities, lessons and labs for students to explore.  Choose from five engineering projects:  bridges, domes, skyscrapers, tunnels and dams.  Also included are vocabulary definitions, a searchable structures database, career-development content and virtual lab experiments.

Grammar Girl (Gr. 6-12) - Grammar Girl is one student you’ll want to invite into your English/Language Arts classroom.  This site covers grammar rules and word choices that can trip up even the best writers.  Students can learn simple memory tricks to help them recall rules and apply them to their writing.  Listen to the podcasts online or subscribe via iTunes.

Storynory Kids Audio Stories (Gr. K-5) - An impressive listing of over 100 audio stories available for download as MP3 files.  Find fairy-tales, modern stories, Brothers Grimm, Hans Chirstian Anderson, poems, Greek myths, animal stories, Aesop and more!  The listing is being constantly updated, so check back often.  Most stories are provided in text form as well, so students can follow along while listening.  Subscribe to the site via iTunes and get updates automatically downloaded to your computer or MP3 player.

Everyday Math Summer Review (Gr. 1-5) - Put together by the Bloomington Public Schools system, these packets available for download and created to be aligned with the Everyday Math Curriculum are designed to provide additional practice for students during the summer term.  Each packet comes with answer keys found in a separate download.
