Social Studies

The multiage classroom will rotate the social studies themes.  The 2007-2008 school year will focus on the second grade social studies themes and field trips and the 2008-2009 school year will focus on the first grade themes.

Grade Three

• 50 US States

• Colonial America and Pilgrims

• Revolutionary War and Independence

• Three Branches of Government

• Martin Luther King/Black Americans

• Famous women in America

• US as compared to Mexico
