Here is a link to information about computer use at Consolidated.   We are very lucky to have a small mini lab in our classroom that we use as part of  our center work, although this center has been dwindling.  Each time a computer breaks down, I am sorry to report that it is not replaced.

We do a lot of computer work in the computer lab each week.  We begin each computer period doing 10 to 15 minutes of keyboarding and then we work on our projects and then go on to projects.  Please click on the theme related web hunts and you will see the vast array of computer work that we do in the classroom. 

We also use the SmartBoard everyday in our class.  Here is some information on the SmartBoard that is in our classroom.
