It is a good thing we brought our paraguas as it has been almost constantly drizzling here. They call it txirimiri in their own language which is not Spanish. Nobody really seems to know where this language came from either. Today we spent time in the 4th largest city in Spain. It is also the largest port. Tomorrow we are planning to visit the Guggenheim museum. Yesterday we had a picnic along the Guernica River which was the site of a very bloody battle during the Spanish Civil War. Picasso painted a representation of the battle. Before we move on, we are also going to take in a jai-alai game. As you can tell, Spain is pretty interesting. Looking forward to your visit.
