    You must give credit to the sources of information you have used to create your document. At the bottom of your page, include a "Bibliography" or "List of References" section. Then use the format outlined below to list the references used in alphabetical order.

• For an internet site . . .

Author's Last Name, Author's First Name. "Title of Website." Publication date. Web address.

Notes:

If no author start with title.

If no title list as "home page."
