Grading:
Grading is based on reading, writing, and participation. All grades in each area are averaged and the resulting three averages together determine a final marking period grade.
English Department Due Date Policy:
All work passed in on the date it is due will receive full credit.
Twenty points will be deducted from the grade received on any work passed in after the due date but within the next week.
After this, the paper will not receive a grade higher than 65 (F) UNLESS you have been coming in for extra help and/or have an extenuating circumstance.
