Goals and Expectations

English is your most important subject.  Without it you can neither process nor actively participate in local, national or global citizenship.  

My Goals :

1. To teach my students to become better writers

2. To facilitate critical thinking 

3. To provide students with the opportunity to reach into themselves to make learning  a personal  and relevant experience

Students are expected to:

* Complete  assigned reading and any work that accompanies it

* Write, Revise, Write again, Proofread and edit, and Write once more

* Participate in class discussions

* Complete grammar exercises and apply learned mechanics to their writing

* Share and conference their written work in order to improve it
